A double bedroom B&B with a private entrance. It stands in a courtyard behind gates which open onto a quiet road that leads to The Ridgeway and Salisbury Plain. There is off street parking in the courtyard which is part of a walled garden of approx. half an acre. The village of Market Lavington is especially well provided with a range of shops including a Chemist, Butcher, Post Office and a Co-op which is open until 10.00pm. There is a Pub and two good take-away outlets.
Re-decorated in June 2020 it offers an open plan kitchen and sitting area. Upstairs is a good sized bedroom with a double bed and a small desk workstation. The ensuite bathroom has a shower, basin and loo. There is a south facing stable door and roof lights that create a sunny and welcoming space. Available for single night, weekend and longer visits.

The village of Market Lavington sits on the edge of Salisbury Plain and whilst the plain is sometimes closed for Military training, this huge area has never been exposed to modern farming techniques and is therefore home to an exceptional array of wildlife. The northern edge of the plain is bordered by a section of the ancient 'Ridgeway' which is always open and can be accessed directly via a footpath from the house. This offers a wide range of walking and cycling opportunities.
